The Ottawa Coed Softball League is a co-ed recreational league that plays its games on Sunday evenings at the Nepean Sportsplex (Hamilton Yards), Trend Arlington (off Greenbank Road) or both Dumaurier Ball Diamonds.  The 2011 season currently consists of 14 teams.  Each team has a 10 game regular season schedule and finishes off with a year-end playoff.  Playoff has a  5 game round robin with the final 4 of each Pool heading for the Final rounds to capture the Championship Cup.

The league originated in 1986 in the Rockcliffe Air Force Base consisting of 6 teams.  A few years later it moved to Nepean at the current diamond locations.  In 2003 it joined the Parkwood Hills Softball League and grew to a 14 team league with 2 divisions.

The Parkwood Hills Softball League has grown so rapidly with the youth division and the weekday softball league that the Sunday League has branched off to become the Ottawa Coed Softball League.  We care entering our second season and currently have 14 teams in the league with 6 teams in Pool A and 8 teams in Pool B.

The 2011 season will begin on May 1, 2011.
